Part-Time IT Support Engineer

This role combines your IT expertise with your ability to manage user relationships. With 3+ years in IT Infrastructure support, you will resolve hardware, software, and operating system challenges. You will be responsible for maintaining service levels, updating documentation, and delivering desk-side support while adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues
• Coordinate with clients and evaluate technical needs
• Maintain documentation and update service systems
• Perform installations and upgrades of IT hardware
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service levels
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of relevant IT support experience
• A+ certification and one additional certification from Cisco or Microsoft
• Skilled in Windows 10 & 11, Office Suite/O365
• Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities
• Capable of both independent work and team collaboration
Support user needs and enhance IT services in Laval as a Desktop Support Engineer.
