Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD - Design Systems & Digital Brand Experience Management
- Competitive Analysis, Benchmarking & Research Reviews
- Data Analysis, Visualization & Insight Generation
- User-Centered Design (UCD) & Accessibility Standards
- Digital Experience Platform Enhancement
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering
- Design Thinking & UX Strategy
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Presentation, Facilitation & Communication Skills
- UX Governance & User Advocacy
- 5+ Years of UX Research and Digital Product Design Experience
