Lead Biostatistician

Position: Lead Biostatistician Role at Cytel
Join Cytel as a Lead Biostatistician to drive post-submission evidence generation for leading pharmaceutical clients. Utilize your specialized knowledge to transform complex data into impactful insights.

This role demands a seasoned statistician with extensive experience in post-submission evidence generation using real-world evidence. Operating within the FSP department, your leadership will be pivotal in statistically interpreting multidimensional datasets to address critical clinical and regulatory questions. Engage directly with stakeholders to manage project timelines and expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and synthesize data from various clinical and regulatory sources

• Create SAPs, CRFs, and contribute to protocol designs

• Deliver quality statistical programming and document all analyses

• Communicate statistical limitations and insights proactively

• Consult with clinical scientists to shape hypotheses from biological data

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology

• Experience with RWE data handling and analysis

• Strong coding skills in SAS, R, and SQL

• Background knowledge of advanced statistical methods

• Proficient in English communication for stakeholder engagement
