Agile Autonomy Designer

In this on-site role, you will play a vital part in aligning teams with Program Increment objectives. By facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members in Agile practices, and maintaining transparency, you will help improve processes and resolve blockers for enhanced productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and keep teams focused

• Support Program Increment Planning with alignment to goals

• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain progress

• Coach teams on Agile principles for self-organization

• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement

Requirements:

• Knowledge of autonomy industry trends and regulations

• Problem-solving skills for organizational challenges

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies

• Experience in software product testing and execution

• Familiarity with AI technologies relevant to autonomy
