In this role, you will work with agile teams to facilitate critical scrum ceremonies and coach on Agile principles. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions while managing dependencies and risks. This position is pivotal in supporting the development of Mine Star products by guiding teams through the Agile process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for effective execution
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability
• Coach teams in self-organization and ownership
• Monitor team performance metrics and deliver visibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders for transparency and focus
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Scrum Master roles
• Strong grasp of software development and testing
• Knowledge of AI and embedded systems beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction/mining industry
