Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily IT operations across various platforms

• Monitor service health and investigate alerts

• Participate in incident response and problem investigations

• Maintain and improve operational procedures and documentation

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in IT operations or related roles

• Diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent

• Experience with Microsoft environments and ITSM tools

• Knowledge of disaster recovery concepts

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
