Join the Crusoe IT, Security & Compliance team as a Scrum Master with at least two years of experience. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Jira boards, and uphold documentation standards in Confluence.
Your role involves aligning sprints with program timelines and proactively removing impediments affecting team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for IT and Security teams
• Manage Jira boards and backlogs effectively
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in Confluence
• Partner with the Programs Office to meet delivery timelines
• Track and report sprint metrics to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in IT, Security, or Compliance environments
• Ability to manage risks and delivery metrics
