Lead data-driven insights for Chime's AI app features as an AI Data Scientist. Shape member engagement strategies and drive analytical deep dives that influence key decisions.
In this senior role, you will define the measurement framework for Chime’s app experience metrics, blending analytics and strategic leadership. Partnering across product, design, and engineering teams, you will elevate understanding of AI-driven member interactions. Your expertise in engagement metrics and stakeholder management will ensure robust analyses that guide executive decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own measurement frameworks for AI features
• Set strategy for member engagement and adoption understanding
• Lead high-stakes analyses influencing product strategy
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple departments
• Mentor data scientists and raise analytical standards
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in data-focused roles
• Proficiency in product and experience metrics
• Extensive stakeholder management at Director/VP+ levels
• SQL expertise for crafting data queries
• Analytics engineering experience with dbt models
