You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to shape success using accurate reference datasets. Your focus will be on data quality management, process development, and global support across time zones, ensuring robust analytics through tools like Power BI and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish standards for reference data governance

• Monitor, validate, and cleanse reference datasets

• Design processes for managing data updates

• Collaborate across teams to understand data needs

• Document data dictionaries and governance policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields

• Proven data management experience

• Familiarity with CRM and BI tools

• Strong analyticity and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
