As a Field Application Engineering Manager, you will lead a team focused on ODM and manufacturing partner integration, validation, and production ramp. This role demands strong technical depth combined with leadership skills to coordinate across various teams including engineering and architecture. Your responsibilities will also involve nurturing direct reports through training, supervision, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team of FAEs in technical support and validation
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful execution
• Manage escalation processes and provide risk visibility
• Ensure technical support across AI product life cycles
• Develop operating rhythms and debug practices
Requirements:
• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years in rack integration or technical support
• 4+ years of leading a technical team
• Hands-on lab experience
• Strong Linux system administration skills
