Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reviews of business processes for tech improvements
• Implement and manage business systems projects
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for solutions
• Coordinate end-user tests and post-implementation support
• Create metrics for business systems to drive improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ IT experience, particularly in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of change management procedures
• Degree or equivalent technical experience
