In this pivotal role within the Product Analytics team, you will work closely with diverse teams to shape how AI features are defined and measured. Your responsibilities will include setting top-level KPIs for product experiences, guiding the instrumentation of data, and developing strategies for ongoing product analytics enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive collaboration to define key success metrics across AI products
• Guide the analysis and assessment of new AI product capabilities
• Oversee product data instrumentation and analytics integration
• Design experiments to influence product decision-making
• Maintain best practices for evolving Product Analytics as the company grows
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product analytics and engineering collaboration
• Daily use of SQL for data analysis tasks
• Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Product Analytics tools, such as Pendo
• Excellent communication skills to engage across teams
