Transform legal practice efficiency at Bloom Lex as the Technical Co-Founder and CTO. This leadership position centers on developing AI tools that redefine client communication and case intake.
In this co-founder role, you will establish technical direction for Bloom Lex, overseeing Ava’s capabilities in the legal market. Your direction will focus on ensuring reliability and optimizing AI performance within a managed service framework, allowing lawyers to efficiently manage client interactions without burdensome configurations. Engaging as the technical voice, you’ll collaborate directly with legal professionals and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Harden the reliability of Ava’s voice systems
• Create the AI performance optimization delivery layer
• Balance unit economics between AI performance and cost
• Represent the venture in dialogue with partners and investors
• Build a founding engineering culture and team
Requirements:
• Experience in deploying AI tech in sensitive environments
• Strong expertise in full-stack technical development
• Prior experience in service-heavy platform contexts
• A background in legal tech or similar fields desired
• History of startup leadership or founding positions
Drive AI innovation and lead a dedicated team to enhance client interactions in legal services.
