As a leader in the Development organization, you'll build and scale AI and data engineering practices with robust operational discipline. This senior role requires collaboration with Data Science and Statistics teams to create outcome-driven analytics and generative AI solutions. Your expertise will ensure reliable, scalable data platforms that support complex analytics in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop AI/ML solutions for production and lifecycle management
• Partner with leaders to scope and deliver analytics use cases
• Lead MLOps practices for governance and monitoring
• Standardize APIs and data models for faster analytics
• Collaborate with legal teams to meet regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 11+ years’ experience or Master's with 9+ years
• Advanced skills in Databricks and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, R knowledge is a plus
• Experience in AI governance and model performance
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance methodologies
