As part of Monarch's Security Engineering team, you will focus on strengthening application security as we grow. Reporting to the Head of Engineering Infrastructure, your hands-on contributions will include performing security reviews, executing vulnerability management, and refining our AI security methodologies.

Your role will be crucial in protecting sensitive financial data for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review application security, including threat modeling and risk assessments

• Improve SAST/DAST processes for continuous integration

• Manage and prioritize vulnerabilities in partnership with engineering teams

• Conduct security assessments of web and API surfaces

• Advance AI-centric security protocols for integrated features

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in application and AI security

• Expertise in Python and web security standards

• Hands-on familiarity with security tools such as Burp Suite

• Awareness of AI security risks and mitigation strategies

• Fluency in leveraging AI for enhanced security
