This role entails leading a talented team of six engineers dedicated to optimizing our global capacity planning processes. You will develop cutting-edge algorithms and capacity models, ensuring they align with diverse product lines. Partnering with data science teams, you will implement AI/ML techniques while collaborating across functions like Finance and IT to fulfill actionable business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor engineers and set key objectives for performance

• Create advanced capacity models to assess investment needs

• Ensure collaboration across departments for project alignment

• Standardize key metrics such as utilization and efficiency

• Seamlessly integrate planning models into ERP and software

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years in management

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s preferred

• Proficiency in scenario planning and evaluation

• Ability to communicate complex data clearly

• Experience managing capacity data with contractors
