Vena Solutions is hiring an Associate Solution Architect to support the evolution of applications and services within Vena’s growing SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Solution Architects, product managers, and engineering teams to help design and deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions that meet real customer and business needs. You’ll contribute to solution architecture for new and existing capabilities by translating requirements into well-reasoned design proposals, supporting architectural reviews, and helping ensure solutions align with established patterns and standards.

This role provides hands‑on exposure to cloud‑based application design and data‑rich, integrated systems, while building fluency in key non‑functional considerations such as performance, security, reliability, and data integrity.

As part of your day‑to‑day work, you’ll use AI‑assisted tools to support architectural analysis, explore design options, assess trade‑offs, and improve documentation. You’ll learn how to apply these tools responsibly and effectively, while developing sound judgment and accountability as your architectural responsibilities grow over time. Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work alongside teams across Product, Engineering, Cloud Ops, Infrastructure, and Security, supporting solutions from early design through delivery and ongoing evolution.

You’ll also help teams adopt AI in practical, responsible ways, ensuring designs remain transparent, well‑understood, and aligned with customer trust, governance, and compliance expectations.

• Solution Architecture, Strategy & Delivery:
  • Partner with Product Management, domain experts, senior architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support, evolve, and deliver solution architecture for cloud‑based SaaS features and capabilities, including proof‑of‑concept initiatives to explore new enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to design pragmatic solutions that balance functional requirements with performance, security, scalability, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle, including technical problem solving and refactoring efforts.
  • Participate in reviewing engineering designs and implementations to validate alignment with approved solution architecture, standards, and compliance expectations.
• Architecture Communication & Enablement:
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate architecture artifacts and decision records, ensuring solutions are well understood and traceable across stakeholders.
  • Communicate architectural concepts and changes effectively, supporting engineers through design reviews, working sessions, and knowledge sharing alongside more senior architects.
• Architecture Governance:
  • Participate in architecture governance activities, contributing to the application and adoption of standards, principles, policies, and best practices for the platform.
  • Help ensure architectural recommendations are well reasoned, consistent, and aligned with platform strategy, compliance requirements, and long‑term sustainability.
• Research & Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and architectural practices, actively learning and evaluating how solution patterns, blueprints, and delivery approaches can evolve.
