Position: GTM Systems Manager at Spellbook
Join Spellbook as a GTM Systems Manager, where you’ll optimize our Sales and CS technology stack to enhance efficiency. Lead system integrations and drive impactful revenue outcomes for a rapidly growing company.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the architecture and operations of our technology systems, primarily using Hub Spot. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, you’ll design workflows that scale our business while removing inefficiencies. Your insights will help shape our systems roadmap, empowering teammates to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Sales and CS tech stack architecture

• Integrate tools like Unify, Gong, and Clay

• Ensure clean data flows across all platforms

• Administer Hub Spot and maintain user permissions

• Improve core GTM business processes continuously

Requirements:

• 5+ years in revenue operations or sales operations

• Strong CRM architecture experience, preferably Hub Spot

• Proven ability to optimize business processes

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
