FX Front Office Support in Putrajaya

Join a major North American bank as part of the FX Front Office support team in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This full-time role involves supporting FX applications, trading systems, and eCommerce platforms.

As a key member of the FX Production Services group, you will manage IT solutions across various business lines. Your responsibilities include technical support for applications, incident management, and overseeing system upgrades. Additionally, you will aid in disaster recovery and assist with user requests for new trading sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support FX trading and eCommerce applications

• Manage incidents and outage resolution

• Document application procedures and processes

• Act as liaison between IT and business management

• Facilitate upgrades and scheduled downtime events

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in financial IT environments

• Front office trading experience

• Knowledge of FX Spot, Forwards, and MM products

• Proficient in Solaris Unix, Linux, and Windows

• Familiarity with e-commerce trading systems
