The Infrastructure team at Decagon develops critical systems that support AI deployments across various channels. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and security of agentic workloads within enterprise environments. You will collaborate with different teams, navigating challenges and transforming them into actionable tasks to enhance our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain the core platform for agentic AI
• Own and manage enterprise customer deployments
• Ensure reliable and secure operation of agentic workloads
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
Requirements:
• 4+ years in core infrastructure or Dev Ops roles
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in Terraform and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of cloud networking fundamentals
• Proven track record of managing production systems
