Shape cancer treatment strategies as the Director of Statistical Programming at Kura Oncology. This pivotal role focuses on maintaining high standards in drug discovery and programming methodologies.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in statistical programming for various clinical projects. You will work alongside project biostatisticians and CRO vendors, ensuring that all programming deliverables meet regulatory requirements. Leading the department's quality improvement initiatives is key to enhancing your impact on oncology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide programming processes from study start-up to submission
• Review and validate CRO programming outputs
• Develop and implement programming standards and macros
• Manage program resources and vendor relationships
• Support cross-functional teams in process improvement
Requirements:
• 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical programming
• Advanced SAS programming capabilities in clinical settings
• Familiarity with CDISC and ICH/GCP regulations
• Experience in AML oncology preferred
• Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
