We seek a knowledgeable IT Specialist with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Your responsibilities will include the administration and configuration of IT systems, troubleshooting, and guiding users. Candidates should excel in communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork, promoting a positive company image through consistency, safety, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer IT support for end-user hardware/software
• Maintain server, network, and device operations
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated technical support
• Implement hardware/software upgrades and IT onboarding
• Provide after-hours support for critical issues
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology
• 2+ years of relevant IT experience
• Knowledge of Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation
