Do you enjoy understanding a client’s business needs and turning them into practical technology solutions?
Equally comfortable working with clients and technical teams, do you want to bridge the gap between sales, clients and technical teams, from opportunity qualification through to project delivery?
We’re looking for someone like you to:
- Analyze clients’ technical and business needs during discovery meetings.
- Clarify objectives, constraints and priorities while identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Define technology architectures (IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity).
- Select technologies and ensure they align with our standards.
- Identify dependencies (systems, vendors, licenses).
- Assess constraints and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Estimate the effort, resources, equipment and licenses required for each solution.
- Contribute to proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Present solutions during client meetings and act as a trusted technical expert.
- Produce client assessments and qualifications.
- Document solutions and contribute to the evolution of standards, templates and the service catalog.
- 5 to 7 years of IT experience, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment.
- Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking and security environments.
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, structuring and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Client-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality.
- Collaborative, consultative and structured mindset.
- Presales experience is an asset.
- Microsoft certification is an asset.
- Fortinet NSE certification is an asset.
