Shape enterprise implementations at Ashby through professional services scoping and design. Partner with Solutions Engineering to clarify customer paths and outcomes.
As Ashby’s first Enterprise Engagement Manager, you will work within Professional Services and Customer Success. You will support Enterprise Sales by diagnosing needs, shaping implementation approaches, and creating Statements of Work. The role connects pre-sales commitments with post-sales delivery for complex customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Scope and design implementation approaches for enterprise opportunities
- Translate customer needs into tailored paths to go-live
- Align stakeholders on outcomes, timelines, and responsibilities
- Create, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work
- Participate in sales handoffs and complex customer kickoffs
- Five or more years in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience in Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
- Ability to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder implementation deals
- Excellent communication and executive influence skills
