As Director, Data Governance, you will define governance strategies spanning metadata, cataloging, master data, quality, and lineage. You will partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, privacy, security, and audit leaders. The work supports governance frameworks, standards, controls, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise data governance strategy, operating model, policies, standards, and controls
Oversee data quality, metadata, master data, and lineage programs
Drive adoption of data catalog and governance platforms
Develop data health KPIs and executive reporting
Build teams and lead large-scale governance initiatives
Requirements:
12+ years in data governance, management, architecture, analytics, or compliance
4+ years of people leadership experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Enterprise governance program and operating model leadership experience
Experience with governance controls, stewardship, lineage, and data quality
Bring executive leadership and enterprise data management expertise to advance trusted, compliant data practices at McKesson.
