Civil & Public Law Litigator; Hybrid
Geosam Capital seeks a licensed lawyer for the City of Laval's Legal Affairs Administration on a temporary, hybrid basis. You will represent the City before common law and administrative courts and act as a legal advisor to City services.
You will handle civil liability, draft notices, negotiate settlements, draft various legal documents, and perform legal research to support the organization’s knowledge base.
