Position: Demand Planning Specialist at Tree of Life
Transform demand forecasting at Tree of Life Canada as a Demand Planning Specialist, utilizing your analytical skills to optimize supply chain processes. Foster collaboration with various teams for success.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain and play a critical part in generating accurate demand forecasts. Your responsibilities will include leveraging advanced forecasting methods, validating promotional forecasts with data insights, and improving processes within the supply chain framework. You will work with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on product strategies and promotional impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise Baseline Demand forecasts

• Validate Promotional Lift forecasts with the sales team

• Generate demand plans for new product introductions

• Measure forecast accuracy and adjust as needed

• Maintain Demand Planning documentation and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience

• Proficient in SAP/APO or equivalent systems

• Outstanding statistical and analytical skills

• High-level proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
