Key Responsibilities:
• Direct footwear and apparel production operations
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams
• Oversee demand forecasting and inventory management
• Track inventory flow and production commitments
• Lead implementation of key operational systems
Requirements:
• 10+ years in operations or production roles
• Deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics
• Successful track record of process scaling
• Hands-on experience with ERP and PLM systems
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
