This crucial role ensures the operational and analytical backbone of our distribution network, coordinating transportation and managing costs across multiple 3PL locations. Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to address the logistical demands of product launches while building scalable processes as our brand expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the transportation planning for product promotions

• Coordinate with manufacturers and freight providers for efficiency

• Manage 3PL performance evaluation and cost analysis

• Act as a liaison for resolving operational issues

• Maintain logistics performance reporting and improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

• 4-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain

• Proven skills in coordinating transportation and warehousing

• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing freight spend

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
