You will connect with various internal teams, ensuring timely availability of materials and efficient resolution of supply issues. The ideal candidate will bring extensive purchasing experience and excel in communication and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze purchase orders via ERP system

• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery

• Communicate supply risks and delays to stakeholders

• Support urgent operational needs while maintaining controls

• Resolve issues related to order confirmations and discrepancies

Requirements:

• 5 years in purchasing and supply chain management

• Experience with ERP systems like D365

• Strong communication skills and detail orientation

• Bilingual in English and French mandatory

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
