We are looking for a Parts Advisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys helping customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

As a key member of our team, you will be a trusted resource for parts support. You will help customers, technicians and internal teams obtain the right parts when they need them, contributing directly to equipment uptime and customer productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to parts inquiries and assisting customers in person, by telephone and by email
• Identifying, sourcing and locating parts, including non-stock and hard‑to‑find items
• Preparing accurate quotes, invoices and customer statements
• Processing and following up on orders, quotes and backorders
• Keeping customers informed of order status, availability and expected delivery dates
• Monitoring shortages and working with suppliers to expedite orders
• Coordinating shipments and special delivery requests
• Receiving, verifying and organizing incoming inventory
• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and supporting inventory counts
• Ensuring that shipping, receiving, returns and other parts‑related transactions are documented accurately
• Supporting service technicians and the Parts Manager as required
• Working closely with the Service Department and other internal teams to support daily operations
• Completing occasional local parts pickups or deliveries
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s licence
• Forklift certification is an asset; training may be provided

• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• A positive, collaborative and team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Comfort working with computers and inventory‑management systems
• Initiative, reliability and a strong work ethic
• An interest in mechanical equipment and learning how parts and systems work

• Strong spoken and written French
• A good working knowledge of spoken and written English is required because the position involves regular communication with customers and suppliers located outside Quebec and the use of specialized technical documentation that may not be available in French

• Experience with parts, heavy equipment, automotive equipment or a related industry is a strong asset
• We are willing to provide training to a candidate with the right aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn

• This position is based at our Laval, Quebec location and must be performed on‑site
• Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the workplace or relocate before starting the position
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods or inventory counts
