Purchasing & Supplies Specialist

Laura Canada is seeking a Purchasing & Supplies Coordinator for a maternity leave role in Laval, Quebec. This position focuses on procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and efficient inventory management.

In this key role, you will oversee purchasing operations that support the iconic Laura and Melanie Lyne brands. Your ability to identify cost-saving solutions and effectively manage inventory will contribute to fulfilling store and distribution needs. Help maintain high standards in supply chain efficiency and strengthen the Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate fees and terms with suppliers

• Control consumption for effective stock management

• Evaluate order logistics for maximum efficiency

• Support store requests and special orders

• Produce monthly operational reports

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in purchasing required

• Knowledge of inventory management tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Fit for occasional store visits
