Shape pharmaceutical supply strategy in Laval, Quebec, combining S&OP leadership with customer-focused inventory and manufacturing planning.
As Director, Supply Chain Canada, you will lead an integrated planning organization supporting product availability, financial objectives, and business growth. The position oversees Canadian demand, supply, inventory, and production planning, including teams across two manufacturing sites. It also partners with Commercial, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish integrated demand, supply, inventory, and production processes
- Balance service, working capital, inventory health, and obsolescence risks
- Align production plans with capacity, raw materials, and requirements
- Partner with Logistics and Distribution on product flow
- Contribute to budgets, financial forecasts, and supply strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
- Ten years’ relevant supply chain experience required
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry background
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed multinational organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills
