Purpose of the position

The Habitation du Souvenir building in Laval is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you considered a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Maintain property areas and systems

Keep the work environment clean

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

Maintain the garden

Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

Be available to respond to emergencies

Make service calls

Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior

Make outdoor spring and winter preparations.

Knowledge of plumbing and electricity

Required qualifications :

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

Experience in customer service (an asset)
