We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time evening maintenance attendant position.

Maintenance of residence premises, apartment painting, basic plumbing, basic electricity. A versatile person who can do a little bit of everything!

Purpose of the position

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 3:30 to 11 , voluntary weekends

Maintain and clean the premises

Clean entryways and common areas

Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment

Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
