As an Adventure Readiness Specialist, you are a critical part of the Rivian Service team during our peak seasonal periods, helping us provide seamless care that keeps owners focused on their adventure and their Rivians ready for the journey ahead. During our seasonal surges in delivery and service demand, you’ll be on the front lines, helping our team navigate the high-volume peaks and ensure every owner’s journey continues uninterrupted.

This role is also an exciting entry point, offering a hands‑on, development experience that is specifically focused on preparing you for a future as a Service Technician.

Vous contribuez à assurer un service impeccable, permettant aux propriétaires de se concentrer pleinement sur leur aventure et de profiter pleinement de leur Rivian. Lors des pics saisonniers de livraisons et d'entretien, vous serez en première ligne pour épauler notre équipe et assurer la continuité du voyage de chaque propriétaire.

Ce poste représente également un excellent tremplin, offrant une expérience pratique et formatrice, conçue spécifiquement pour vous préparer à une carrière de Technicien de Service Après‑Vente.

This is a dynamic role where you will spend time learning and contributing across three key areas:

• Vehicle & Site Operations:
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
  • Maintain the quality and delivery readiness of our vehicles through washing, detailing, and charging.
  • Manage vehicle logistics, including lot organization, shuttling vehicles, and secure key management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized service center environ ment, adhering to 5S principles.
• Service Production Support:
  • Assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs, focusing on Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) tasks and Express Lane work.
  • Learn to safely use basic hand tools and power tools under direct supervision.
  • Support the workshop by maintaining tool and equipment readiness.
• Training & Career Development:
  • Participate in our TRAIL program—a guided path through hands‑on learning, technical training, and professional growth.
  • Receive mentorship and on‑the‑job training for the Service Technician role.
  • Complete Rivian Learning Network (RLN) modules.
  • Explore a dedicated pathway into a long‑term career as a Service Technician.
  • Maintain a flexible, “all‑hands‑on‑deck” mindset by providing cross‑functional support to other areas of the business as needed, ensuring overall site success while prioritizing primary technical training objectives.

Il s'agit d'un poste dynamique où vous apprendrez et contribuerez dans trois domaines clés:

• Opérations de véhicules et site:
  • Réceptionner, inspecter et traiter les véhicules entrants.
  • Assurer la qualité et la disponibilité des véhicules pour la livraison: lavage, nettoyage et recharge.
  • Gérer la logistique des véhicules: organisation du parc, navettes et gestion sécurisée des clés.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et parfaitement organisé au sein du centre de service, en respectant les principes du 5S.
• Soutien à la production:
  • Aider les techniciens dans les réparations de base, notamment les inspections avant livraison (PDI) et les interventions sur la voie express.
  • Apprendre à utiliser en toute sécurité les outils manuels et électriques de base sous supervision directe.
  • Assurer la disponibilité des outils et de l’équipement de l'atelier.
