Position: Marina Yard Associate Seasonal Role
Take pride as a Marina Yard Associate, ensuring the yard’s cleanliness and safety throughout the season. This full-time role involves hands-on maintenance and operational support.

In this position, you will be responsible for the organization and upkeep of the marina yard and facilities. You'll perform tasks including groundskeeping, assisting with deliveries, and collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You must also be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and have a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper removal of debris from premises

• Perform general lawn care and upkeep

• Maintain order in storage areas and shop buildings

• Assist with yard organization and material handling

• Report safety or maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in maintenance or labor is a plus

• Basic understanding of maintenance tools and practices

• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork

• Ability to perform manual labor in various conditions
