The Milo building in Laval is looking for a resident superintendent for its rental building. Are you a versatile person, agile with your hands and keen on organization? You are the person we need!

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
• Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
• Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
• Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and pool, gym
• Maintain property spaces and systems
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Show potential tenants the apartments and collect rents
• Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Other related tasks
• Be on call every other week
• Preparation of vacant apartments

• Good organizational skills
• Good physical capacity
• Patience and empathy
• Versatility
• Experience in painting, plumbing and basic electricity
• Sense of autonomy developed, takes initiatives, organized, committed and creative
• Good priority management and adaptability
• Availability as soon as possible

• Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
