We are currently looking for a resident concierge for one of our rental properties located in Laval. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Make service calls
• Maintain the garden
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Clean the administrative office
• Taking out the trash
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary
• Perform other related duties
• Respond to all emergency situations
• Participate in events organized for tenants when required.
