We are currently looking for a housekeeping attendant for our buildings in the complex located in the Ste-Rose district of Laval. The position is full-time (day and/or weekend hours are possible) and on-call for emergencies. Are you versatile, agile with your hands, and have a strong sense of organization? You are the person we need! As a member of the maintenance team, the concierge's main function is to ensure the general upkeep of the building.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises
• Clean and carry out tasks related to the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
• Maintain the grounds, indoor parking, storage spaces
• Ensure the cleanliness of the working environment is maintained
• Wash windows at main and secondary entrances
• Taking out the trash
• Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency planned for this purpose or when required
• All other related tasks
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
• Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
