As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will report to the Resort Manager and oversee various repairs and grounds maintenance at Gallagher Lake Camping & RV Resort. Key tasks include managing septic and water systems while also ensuring health and safety standards. Communication with residents and your manager will be vital to the role, involving emergency response and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property

• Repair and maintain community buildings and equipment

• Manage records of septic and water system upkeep

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

• Respond promptly to manager requests and emergencies

Requirements:

• Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean abstract

• On-call availability for emergencies

• Water operator certification is a plus

• Flexibility to work various hours and weekends

• Strong interpersonal skills for resident interaction
