You will carry out preventative and routine maintenance, document work processes, and contribute to the overall appearance of facilities through landscaping and cleanup tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues as they arise

• Complete pre-move-out inspections and prepare units

• Manage ground cleanliness and common area upkeep

• Maintain accurate logs of tasks and supplies

• Support cost-saving initiatives through effective repairs

Requirements:
