Position: Concierge Role with Régulvar
Step into a Concierge role at Régulvar, focusing on facility maintenance and support in Laval. Ensure comprehensive upkeep and assist with a variety of operational tasks.

This position requires you to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday to Thursday, supporting Régulvar's daily operations. Candidates should have experience in maintenance and logistical tasks, with a keen attention to detail. You will manage cleaning, handle waste collections, and provide general assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver concierge services efficiently at the headquarters

• Inspect and clean premises regularly

• Manage municipal waste collection schedules

• Make local deliveries and purchases as needed

• Support internal moves and perform minor repairs

Requirements:

• Completion of high school (DES diploma)

• Experience in similar roles is preferred

• Strong organizational and manual skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Must hold a valid driving license
