Take on a pivotal Concierge role with Régulvar, performing essential maintenance and cleanliness tasks in Laval. Ensure safe, organized, and welcoming spaces every day.

Régulvar is looking for a dedicated Concierge for its headquarters, working from 8 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. Ideal candidates will have experience in general maintenance and operations support. You’ll handle inspections, transport materials, and offer support during office relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of indoor and outdoor areas

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance duties

• Oversee weekly waste collection and logistics

• Assist in minor repairs and furniture assembly

• General support for internal moves and materials

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (DES)

• Relevant experience in maintenance roles

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong manual skills and multitasking ability

• Requirement for a valid driver's license
