Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality maintenance services based on resident requests

• Conduct pre-move-out inspections and prepare apartments

• Keep common areas tidy and perform general clean-ups

• Adhere to safety protocols and property management guidelines

• Track maintenance inventory effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in grounds or maintenance

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and safety procedures

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
