As a crucial part of the property management program, you'll support daily operations, supervise staff, and engage in maintenance of scenic public spaces. Your work will directly promote environmental stewardship and community safety, all while enjoying the great outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Superintendent in planning and operations
• Ensure compliance and safety across properties
• Train hourly staff on operational procedures
• Lead maintenance and repair of public facilities
• Address urgent maintenance and safety issues promptly
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 2+ years of park or facility operations experience
• Certification as a Chainsaw Operator mandatory
• Experience managing and training staff effectively
• Proficient in operating various maintenance tools
