Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct janitorial tasks in compliance with safety codes

• Keep entrances, grounds, and parking areas free of debris

• Provide seasonal maintenance, including snow removal

• Manage detailed cleaning checklists for property upkeep

• Assist with minor repairs and facility maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid driver’s license is an asset

• Previous janitorial experience in commercial buildings

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
