Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and shampoo rugs and floors thoroughly

• Notify supervisor of maintenance and repairs needed

• Operate cleaning equipment safely

• Remove ice and snow during winter

• Clean trailers and railcars as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• One year of relevant janitorial experience

• Knowledge of safety protocols and cleaning equipment

• Ability to follow instructions effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork
