Key Responsibilities:
• Direct housekeeping and maintenance services for residents
• Optimize equipment performance through proactive measures
• Collaborate with leadership for resident satisfaction
• Implement eco-friendly practices in daily operations
• Ensure the facility meets safety and brand standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in environmental services
• Experience in a senior living environment preferred
• Strong technical expertise in building systems
• Joint Health & Safety Committee certification
• Computer skills for facility management tasks
