Enhance your mechanical skills as a Building Operator s role involves maintenance, preventive tasks, and troubleshooting in a facility management setting.
At CBRE, you will maintain small to medium buildings, providing support and repairs on critical systems and equipment. This position requires expertise in HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and general mechanical duties while adhering to safety compliance and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to tenant requests and emergencies promptly
• Perform daily rounds and log essential readings
• Conduct preventive maintenance and input task histories
• Start-up and shut down major building equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair the building automation system
Requirements:
• BES I Certificate or equivalent qualification
• 2-4 years of facility operation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with CMMS and BAS systems
• Strong communication skills in English
